  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any behavior that violates our policies or disrupts our environment.

  • Submitting any form, booking, or purchase indicates consent to these terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All sales are final. Refunds to original payment methods are not available except under our 24-Hour Purchase Protection policy below.

Any refund granted after the 24-hour window will be issued as a BTE Luxe gift certificate for future use.

Appointment Retainers

A 50% retainer fee is required to reserve all appointments.
Retainers are non-refundable and only transferable if you reschedule 24 hours or more in advance.

Cancellation Rules

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours result in forfeiture of the 50% retainer.

  • No-call, no-shows are charged 100% of the service and may lose future booking privileges.

  • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

24-Hour Purchase Protection

If you booked by mistake or need to reverse a purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase as long as no appointment has occurred and no service time has been reserved or used.

Within this 24-hour window, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method, or

  • Refund as a BTE Luxe gift certificate

After 24 hours, all refunds (if approved) are gift certificate–only.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final sale due to instant access and downloadable format.
Purchasing or downloading any digital item signifies acceptance of our Digital Product Terms & Licensing Agreement.

Retail Items

All retail purchases are final sale.
Unopened items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days.

General Guidelines

  • Please arrive solo unless previously approved. Guests may wait in the lobby if space allows.

  • If you are feeling ill or showing cold/flu symptoms, please reschedule. Services may be declined upon arrival.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but never required (checkout, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle).

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided; after 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled per policy.

  • All sales are final; contact us within 24 hours if you have concerns about your service.

  • Unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

We specialize in results-driven facials, hydrodermabrasion (Hydrafacial alternative), chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts, and body treatments — all provided in our private spa suite inside Zilian Studio in Largo, MD.

  • You’ll receive a pre-appointment checklist via email after booking. Be sure to avoid actives, sun exposure, or hair removal right before your service.

  • Facials: Every 4–6 weeks or quarterly for maintenance.
    Body waxing: Every 4–6 weeks.
    Facial waxing: Every 2–3 weeks.
    Lash + brow: As needed — lamis and lifts last up to 6 weeks.

  • We ask that clients arrive solo to preserve a peaceful, private environment. One guest may wait in the front if approved and space allows.

  • Yes! Visit our Memberships or Packages page to explore recurring options and glow-up bundles.
